Abstract:
This article introduces the special issue on Barriers, drivers and the cognition perspective in the entrepreneur’s decision to digitalize, comprising nine papers. Its first main aim is to understand how entrepreneurs, cognitively, decide in order to be more competitive in the technology sector. Understanding how digital technologies and ICTs are being used in the context of SMEs and entrepreneurship is the second main aim of this special issue.
